Colan Jones is the Broker-In-Charge and Owner of Horizon Homes Realty, bringing over seven years of real estate experience and an extensive background in sales, non-profit, and community service. As a lifelong resident of SC, Colan has a deep connection to the communities along both the South and North Carolina coasts that he proudly serves.
His approach to real estate is built on honest guidance, strong communication, professional expertise, and a commitment to treating every client’s property as if it were his own. Guided by his faith in Christ, Colan believes in serving others with integrity, humility, and genuine care.
